Included with onsite PBX is Training Tutorials and up to 2 hour of over the phone training and setup, remote walkthrough or webinar, remote setup and provisioning of phones.
The PBX System and Phones will be shipped to the client pre-provisioned and ready to just plug in with directions.
Onsite setup is an additional service.
There will also be 7 hours of professional remote support services per year included with initial support contract that comes with package 9am – 5pm eastern Monday to Friday billed in 1 hour increments.
Does not include clients internal network troubleshooting.
If client purchases firewall from UniVoIP then we will support network continuity between client location and UniVoIP trunks for VoIP.
This is support on the hosted PBX system and phones only.
Monitoring, UniVoIP updates and Monthly backups are included.
If you want to integrate Standard Telephone lines into your Onsite PBX, you will need to purchase a 4 port Analog FXO module : $400.00.
